PAYSLIP GUIDE
When you join Sterling Solutions you become an employee. As an employee you are entitled to receive a wage and claim business expenses from the umbrella company income, you are entitled to receive a bonus where available from Sterling Solutions.
Therefore take home income is made up of three elements; wages, expenses and bonus.
There are 5 main sections on the pay slip;
• Payslip - Details of the employees wage calculation
• Gross Pay, Deductions and Net Pay Calculation - Shows how monies are calculated
• Sterling Solutions Limited Net Pay Reconciliation - reconciles how monies are calculated
• Total credits to bank - This is a summary of the net amounts (wages and bonus) received by the employee giving the total income received for the period covered. It also details the personal deductions that have been requested by the employee from their total Net Income and gives the total amount that will be credited to the employees’ bank account that week
• Notes for employees of Sterling Solutions - This section is a text section where important employee information is displayed
